Divisional Commissioner.

Organizing the Hon. General Assembly, Hon. Standing Committee Meeting, Hon. Women and Child Welfare Committee Meeting, examining the draft resolutions prepared by the Standing Committee, obtaining orders from Hon. Administrator regarding the list of topics to be taken up in the Hon. General Assembly and Standing Committee Meeting, date, time, etc. Type the resolution as per the discussions held in the meeting and send the resolution along with the entire matter to the concerned department. This work is done through the Municipal Secretary.
