Ward Committee No. 3 Zendigate Department to receive information regarding various types of government meetings as well as the information requested by the Hon. Commissioner from the relevant departments under the Ward Committee and send it to the Hon. Commissioner, Hon. Deputy Commissioner or General Administration Department.

All types of office correspondence/government correspondence, office orders, minutes, sending replies to applications received under Right to Information and other related correspondence.

Lokshahi Din – Lokshahi Din is organized on the first Monday of every month by the General Administration Department. During Lokshahi Din, the complaints received from the complainants are inspected in the city and further action is taken.It is proposed. Also, other related activities of Lokshahi Din

Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act- A total of 67 public services have been notified by the General Administration Department as per the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act 2015. These 67 public services are provided to the citizens by the concerned departments within the prescribed time limit. Action is underway to provide these public services to the citizens in online format.
Chief Minister's Secretariat Room - Citizen complaint applications / letters received from the Chief Minister's Secretariat Room are sent to the departments under the concerned ward for action and follow-up is done with the concerned departments from time to time. Action is taken by the departments to resolve the grievances at the earliest.

Aaple Sarkar - The citizen's complaint application/letter received from Aaple Sarkar Portal is investigated, site visit is conducted and further action is proposed. Also, follow up with the concerned employees and resolve the complaints at the earliest. Action is taken.

PG Portal – Regarding citizen complaint applications/letters received from PG Portal Action is sent to the department. Action is taken by the concerned department to resolve the complaints as soon as possible.

Ward Clerk issues notice to property owners regarding cases in Lok Adalat The cases are being distributed in Lok Adalat as per the legal advice of Municipal Law. The remaining amount is paid after giving 100% discount on the penalty amount.
